We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to our Bruker Daltonics team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively recruiting, hiring, integrating and retaining the talent our company needs, as well as developing and implementing concepts within Talent Acquisition area.


Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans within assigned locations and business units

  • Lead video and onsite interviews with candidates and advise Hiring Managers on hiring decisions

  • Coordination and realization of all steps of the recruiting process including job postings, application management and interviews

  • Coordinate recruitment flow with Shared Service team and external agencies/headhunters

  • Creation and implementation of HR strategy concepts, action plans and performance controlling

  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement


Qualifikationen

  • University degree in social sciences, psychology, business management or a similar field

  • Working experience of minimum 5+ years in a similar role in an international matrix organization

  • Strong knowledge in social media and proactive recruiting activities

  • Strong communication skills required as well as the ability to work with all levels in the organization

  • Strong competence in the areas of analysis, conception and strategy

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing deadlines

  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness and sense of responsibility

  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
