Support Engineer - Deustchland - Berlin (remote 60%) Salary: €80,000 annum Duration: 18 months (option to extend) German language Generous extra days off-work (up to 6 in a row) Taking responsibility for reported customer issues and tracking issues through to resolution on a shift basis. - Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues in the services. - Adhering to set processes for escalating unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams - Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers - Ensure proper recording and resolution of all issues. - Producing accurate and timely reports - Documenting knowledge in the form of technical information and articles in the knowledge base - Adhering to the SLA for issues in terms of severity. - Develop in-depth knowledge of the service to be supported.
