Responsibilities Be responsible for brand & product communication, and formulate communication and promotion plans according to the business goals of the local market, including the writing and execution of full cases/activity plans/copywriting. Work closely with other teams, actively mobilize resources, complete market communication plans, and produce creative brand communication content. Based on the company's development on social media platforms, combined with business scenarios and rhythms, plan social platform content, including but not limited to automotive vertical media, NIO App, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin, etc. Ensure that the local market's communication content is aligned with the company's value system and overall strategy. Grasp the media trends and promotion patterns promptly, and effectively manage media resources. Plan, steer and coordinate Social Media content in all Europeam markets in close cooperation with local teams. Requirement: 3-5 years of work experience with min. 3+ years of experience in Social Media. Strong experience managing complex situations in a multinational environment. Profound project management experience. The ability to effectively influence and communicate. Creative problem-solving abilities. A passion for NIO and ensuring an outstanding user experience. Very strong English written and verbal skills (ideally native EN).
