An exciting leadership opportunity within the German entity of a Global fortune 500 IT Digital Transformation service provider. The role sits within the EMEA Services Delivery leadership team which is responsible for delivering professional and managed services to clients across a full range of technology and software offerings delivering a scaled, consistent client experience and methodology through four centres of excellence (COE). 1) The Service Design & Delivery team take the lead on designing client solutions in partnership with our clients before planning and executing the end-to-end engagement. 2) The Engineering team provide innovative migration and implementation activities both automated and scripted, to achieve maximum efficiency, consistency, and performance. 3) The Customer Operations team provide high-quality customer support across the region from multiple delivery centres. 4) The software Consulting team provide expertise in optimisation and compliance services to clients on-premise or in the cloud, maintaining cost efficiency and savings. Complementing our 4 COE’s are the Service Delivery Management team. Located in every country, they manage the client experience to ensure a truly client-centric approach across EMEA. Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop the team (up to 50 heads), to promote teammate satisfaction through mentoring, development, and career planning; creating a high performing team with a strong succession benchmark, enabling career progression. Act as strategic thought leader, actively participating in shaping future business success and to be proactive amongst peers in providing and initiating strategic input on future opportunities and direction. Develop and evolve the regional Services Delivery Management strategy in close alignment with the wider EMEA Services organisation, the go to market and solutions business unit and the Country Manager(s). Responsible for developing and executing business plans to ensure the successful delivery of the strategy in line with timescales and budget. Evaluate the business portfolio and determine the appropriate range of markets and activities. Drive profitable growth in line with revenue and gross profit targets for the assigned region.
