Senior Physical Design Engineer

Semiconductor / Physical Design / Digital Design / STA / netlist / Static Timing Analysis / Senior Physical Design Engineer ( m/f/d) Tasks: STA flow setup, performing regression and flow execution (all PVT, all modes) for pre- and post- layout netlist Setup STA scripting and perform STA checks at IC toplevel, analyzing IC STA reports, defining improvements and performing the required adaption SDC timing constraints creation and constraint propagation Driving interaction and communicating with top level and subsystem owners Align on timing violations and propose solutions, align and steer STA violation solving iterations Create STA violation solving scripts (if required manual ECO buffer, delay cell insertions) Document STA sign off reports Semiconductor / Physical Design / Digital Design / STA / netlist / Static Timing Analysis / Senior Physical Design Engineer ( m/f/d) Experience: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field At least 5 years of experience in Physical Design of highly complex SoCs Digital Design, AMS design principles IC SOC physical design flow and tool understanding Experience in low power design Knowledge on Bus systems, and processors Understanding in clock and reset subsystem design TSMC C028HPC+ technology Cadence iSatial, Genus, Innovus, Tempus Spyglass SDC checks TCL programming Configuration management e.g. Design Sync Key words: Semiconductor / Physical Design / Digital Design / STA / netlist / Static Timing Analysis / Senior Physical Design Engineer ( m/f/d) #semicondcutor #physicaldesign #digitaldesign #RTL2GDS #statictiminganalysis #layout #systemonchip #SoC #EDA If this is of interest, then please get in touch and we can discuss.
