Responsibilities Performance Marketing is a critical role within our Growth organisation. We build and optimise scalable processes to continue elopage’s growth engine! As a data driven organisation we harness rapid experimentation and continuous optimisation to make informed decisions on the performance of acquisition campaigns to help steer our thinking. We are looking for a smart, competitive & high energy individual who enjoys a challenge! Design, manage and execute the customer & lead acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Search, Display, Ad Networks etc) Monitor the performance and continuously optimise the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from running multiple A/B tests Participate in full-cycle creative production and provide data-driven decisions about further creative development Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting and contribute to automation of campaign management Work with the central marketing & brand teams to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages Requirements More than 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment, SaaS experience is a plus In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: Google and Facebook ecosystem, programmatic platforms, ad networks, Affiliate networks and SEO with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns Very good understanding of digital data analytics You are fluent in business-level English, our internal working language.
