Product Manager, Surgical Systems (m/f/d) Product Management Innsbruck, Austria Professionals Full-Time Permanent Your Tasks Global product management of surgical systems, with focus on in-life management Preparations for products market entry - support of trials activities, validate fit for market and operational readiness, provide input for regulatory strategy & approval Support of launches & products in-life activities - launch, establish product roadmap, perform product promotion, monitor product performance, support tender & sales teams, provide product & surgical training, provide technical input for sales & marketing content and provide input for production planning Support shaping future products - perform market research to uncover market trends, perform customer innovation research and discovery activities to uncover user needs Work closely with users, surgeons, clinicians, internal and external stakeholders and manage product communication across departments Your Profile Masters' degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics or similar Experience in product management and/or project management within the medical device field; experience in the hearing implants field is an advantage Good and strong communication-skills in English required, fluency in German language is an advantage Strong organizational and analytical as well as time-management skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and to synthesize and integrate customer insights into comprehensive portfolio strategies, pro-active working style, being an excellent strategic thinker with an open personality, and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time Good MS Office skills Your Benefits Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours International Environment Onboarding Workplace Well-Being Further information Minimum Salary Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is ? 38,855.04.
