We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive in Europe to grow existing teams. You will be contributing to different phases of the Sales life cycle and will be intensely involved in New business development for multiple verticals including cold calling and following up on pursuits. The primary focus of the Business Development Executive will be to identify, qualify and win new business opportunities within existing or new accounts. Ideally, you will have expertise in the mission objectives, program operations and business processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to offer the customer unique perspectives, have strong two-way communication skills, understand the clients value drivers and business economics and be able to have an effective conversation in regards technology services, offerings, and solutions. Purpose of the Role: To support Engagement Director(s), Portfolio Leader(s), Sales Leader(s) across various Data and Analytics sales opportunities and targeted Data and Analytics service offerings. Develop sales opportunities across Financial Services, Insurance, Life Science customers focused towards selling Data and Analytics solutions and service offerings Support the sales cycle which include: Independently carry out exploratory client conversations and confidently interact with Client Data Executives as a Data and Analytics SME Participate in Solution Proposals and effectively contribute towards storytelling and content creation for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs Manage pipeline efficiently and effectively for Operational Reporting on a weekly basis Coordinate with the CSGs / MCO to support proposals and actions towards closing business deals Participate and Create lead generation campaigns with Delivery organization and respond to marketing leads to build new business articulating DNA value proposition Maintain and manage existing client relationships and highlight any delivery escalations, relationship escalations to the appropriate Sales Leader/Portfolio Leader to maximize revenue, minimize revenue leakage within the boundaries of company policy and guidelines and Demonstrate business value to client Assist in solution development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities Knowledge: Has to have strong delivery or previous sales background broadly in Data and Analytics space. Understanding of at least one broad area in the Data & analytics space (Data engineering, AI, Analytics, Data on Cloud, Data Strategy, Data governance etc.) is essential Track record of delivering Data and Analytics project and programs in the past as a Data and Analytics practitioner Understand Data lifecycle and a strong Data SME with content in at least one of the topics listed here (i.e. Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Governance, Data on Cloud, Data / Digital Transformation initiative, Analytics, AI) Exposure to either Data and Analytics Technologies (ETL Tools, Big Data Technologies, Visualization Tools, Advanced Analytics, Hyperscalers) Exposure to either Financial Services, Life Sciences, Insurance or any adjacent industry previously delivered Data and Analytics engagement Skills : Ability to learn quickly regarding the business processes of the client, Infosys' processes, and service lines. Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Strong communication Skills as a Data SME with at least one Data / Analytics technology areas.
