PCB And IC Package Design Engineer (f/m/d)

Experience: 4+ years of experience

• PCB design for package and chip evaluation ​
• Package substrate design ​
• Layout of evaluation boards ​
• Documentation ​
• Layout of probe-cards for wafer level testing ​
• RF Design considering signal integrity ​
• 3D EM simulation ​
• Interaction with module design, test team, and operations ​

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or proven work experience ​
• Extensive experience with PCB layout tools ​
• Knowledge of passive components ​
• Knowledge of support circuitry like microcontrollers, DC-DC converters, LDO’s ​
• Technical experience in RF Design is a plus ​
• Experience in 3D EM simulation software ​
• Good communication and documentation skills ​
• Self-driven, creative, and highly motivated ​
