We are currently recruiting for a Partner Development & Public Affairs Manager. You will be responsible for developing key strategic relationships and driving profession growth and commercial opportunities with firms, collaboration partner organisations, and strategic account targets across DACH Region. Dual responsibility with the Public Affairs team to influence positive change in the market through adoption of RICS thought leadership, standards and professionalism in DACH Region. Salary range 70,000 - 90,000 euro PA DOE. Key Responsibilities • Develop strategic sales & adoption plans that lead to retention and growth within new and existing accounts & stakeholders, respectively • Develop strong relationships with key account decision makers and influential stakeholders across the ecosystem in Germany, as well as key internal stakeholders across RICS, to ensure effective collaboration • Responsible for gathering, reporting and acting on customer insight to enhance both the customer experience and RICS’ ability to meet customer needs • Accountability for maintaining and inputting accurate data in CRM • Must act as client partner and strategic business developer through strong engagement, business development and client contact to deliver on sales & adoption targets. • Support the development of holistic strategic & business delivery plans for Germany Experience / Skills Required • Strong experience in customer account and business development • Demonstrable evidence of building and developing strong, trusted relationships • Ability to distil market information into strategic insights for RICS • Experience of strategic account and sales planning within a commercial environment • Excellent skills in identifying customer requirements with demonstrable evidence in delivering this in a client account proposal • Able to communicate effectively in writing, orally and with strong presentation and influential skills • Demonstrated ability to in a matrix structure and international environment • Confident and motivated self-starter with a flexible and agile approach • Demonstrable track record of personal development and training within sales and key account management related environments • Ability to communicate in appropriate language to suit market.
