Your mission
As a Partner Channel Manager (m/f/d) you will take on tasks in the areas of Partner Development, Channel and Stakeholder Management in our Partner Management Team.
You will define dedicated strategies and business metrics in collaboration with our partners and work with strong ownership to implement your plans.
You will also drive new ideas to further develop the FORCAM partner ecosystem, including beyond traditional IT sales models.
Partner Development
- Building sustainable relationships with key people and multipliers within partner organizations
- Establishing and continuously developing sales channels by planning appropriate measures and empowering relevant stakeholders
- Developing and implementing common business processes and establishing common KPIs and milestones in the context of successful partner models
- Maximize customer acquisition and revenue through continuous development and orchestration of end-2-end sales
Partner Channel
- Monitoring and accountability for success metrics such as revenue, new customer growth, and partner engagement
- Identifying market opportunities and working with partners to develop successful go-to-market strategies
- Planning co-marketing activities (events, webinars, etc.) including collaboration on sales-side proposal planning
- Develop incentive models to rapidly build sustainable growth business pipelines
- Consistent implementation of the corporate strategy in the partner area, development of sustainable strategic goals and generation of profitable sales volumes in dedicated partner accounts
Stakeholder management
- Management of potential channel conflicts, in particular by establishing a results-oriented communication process and stringent implementation of the partner play
- Cross-divisional collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful partner support
Your mission
Your profile
- Completed business or technical studies/ degree, alternatively a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in an international company, ideally a software company
- Experience in dealing with multi-size partner organizations, preferably with good knowledge regarding SAP, Microsoft and Infor partner models
- Experience in developing and expanding indirect sales channels, business planning and account-based GTM concepts
- Profound knowledge in sales design of global partner organizations
- Good understanding of lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and OEE, ideally in the context of complex software solutions and B2B sales
- Deep understanding and interest in cloud technologies and new business models regarding digital platforms and ecosystems
- Market and customer knowledge in the area of industrial production (discrete manufacturing) an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Navision desirable
- Independent, agile, performance-oriented and self-reliant way of working
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, creativity as well as self-motivation
- Willingness to travel to the extent of approx. 50%
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, other foreign languages (e.g. Chinese) are an advantage
