OEM Account Manager As OEM Account Manager you are representing PEER Group’s line of factory and equipment automation products and services at key customer sites in Europe. This is a key market in PEER Group’s semiconductor OEM business with expectations for continued significant growth. You will be at the center of this success, collaborating with our management and engineering teams to drive new business, and provide industry-leading solutions to our customers in Europe. You can expect: • prospecting for new opportunities, harvesting business from existing accounts and business development activities • gathering customers needs, proposal writing, managing and meeting target quotas, relationship management and closing of business • Follow up on Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Integration and Support Requests • working with the Executives of PEER Group, the other members of the sales team, Applications Engineering, and Software Development Managers • Travel (25-40%) to customer sites in Europe You bring: • Passion and experiences for selling products in a technical field such as semiconductor equipment manufacturers • Post-secondary education in a technical field and 5+ successful years of experience in a high tech sales role involving complex and technically challenging solution sales and application engineering • Basic technical knowledge of software architecture and development processes is welcome • Able to professionally manage all aspects of an account manager role • Drive-to-win attitude a must • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and confident presentation skills, good German skills are welcome Compensation: The compensation package includes base salary plus commission and benefits. You are a hunter and a master of the technically complex sale. You can bridge the gap between the technical expert and the management decision makers to make sure that the PO gets signed.
