We are looking forward to you joining our Global P&O IT team.The Business Analyst Integration Specialist is responsible for ownership and delivery of the core services and APIs related to Global P&O IT applications that serve as an enterprise data backbone, using an array of different platforms, APIs, databases, protocols and data formats to ensure that the data and the business processes that intersect in the Enterprise Applications Ecosystem are as efficient as possible and adhere to IT security standards.The primary role is to optimize the value of a solution to an organization through delivery and reduce owner risk in its delivery while ensuring the solution meets all compliance and regulatory which impact the system. The Business Analyst Integration Specialist will work with developers, technical staff, and stakeholders of the solution(s) to ensure it is delivered or discontinued based on the most effective strategy for the organization as a whole.Your Tasks:

• Responsible for data Integration deliverables
• Work with data owners to define the source to target data integration options, data mapping and data transformation
• Collaborate with P&O system vendor to understand the target integration options and requirements
• Creating architecture-compliant solution strategies for demands (e.g. feasibility study) that conform both to customer requirements and solution development standards
• Guide & steer in terms of platforms, components, development frameworks, and technical elements
• Develop and implement solutions that integrate Global P&O IT applications across Schenker or its units and departments by evaluating existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and ensure that final solutions meet the organization's needs
• Develop components within Schenker Integration platforms where necessary to automate the data flow from source to target
• Design integration flows using an array of different platforms, APIs, databases, protocols and data formats
• Perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data
• Ensure that new solutions are conformant with the target architecture
• Support in review of cost and design optimized solution designs based on understanding of costs and returns
• Documentation of the integration setup
