ISDP Data Loss Prevention Security Engineer (m/w)

Security Engineer is responsible for protection of confidentiality of client information and maintenance of compliance with corporate standards and procedures. He/she is responsible for development and design of DLP service and solution in line with defined strategy and its deployment into operations. Designs, installs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots data protection security solutions (Data Leakage Prevention, DB Access Monitoring, Data Encryption, etc.). Engineers monitor and maintain Data in Motion, Data at Rest and Data in Use controls and supports DLP remediation and incident response processes. Provides technical consulting on the use and integration of security applications into the operating environment. Also, is responsible for day to day tasks necessary to support defined processes (event management, incident management, change management, configuration management, etc.). Performs additional job duties related to security controls and processes as required. Leads complex projects. Works independently supporting Sr. Management.

Requirements:

Responsible for Data Protection services and solutions, including engineering, deployment and operations of the related processes and technologies. Required is hands-on experience with DLP solutions in large environment, preferably Symantec DLP product expert knowledge. Candidate must have knowledge and experience required to keep end-to-end responsibility for management of security services, including cooperation and coordination of work tasks across the global team.

• 5 - 10 years of experience with job responsibilities in Application and Data Security area in large corporate environment

• Proven problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) software design, implementation and operations experience
• Data Encryption software management experience
• Database Monitoring software management experience
• Solid experience with major Operating Systems (Windows, LINUX, AIX..) including administration and security
• Good overview with other IT security domains and security controls
• Experience with multiple databases: SQL, Oracle, DB2, Hadoop
