Advising and supporting the organisation on all HR matters. Cooperating with the management team about the organisational development of the company. Establishing new processes on various HR topics e.g. bonuses, remuneration modes, benefits, career development, and others. To make the HR department more effective and efficient. Analysing, improving, and redesigning existing HR processes and standards. Establishing and creating internal guidelines. Your profile: Excellent HR knowledge and a proven track record of commercial HR experience in medium-sized international organisations, ideally in the manufacturing industry. Strong management experience backed with a good know-how of best practices and basic principles of up-to-date Human Resources Management. Expertise in transformation – digitalisation of HR IT Systems, carve-outs, change management, and good know-how of data and reporting. Previous experience with communication with workers council. Excellent communication and listening skills. Experience in working with MS Office, MES Hydra, and SAP. Fluent German and English language skills. Higher educational degree in HR or an equivalent subject.
