How you will make an impact:
- Shape our global recruiting community and facilitate cooperation with local teams to further develop and enhance operational efficiency and service delivery based on meaningful KPIs
- Monitor and advance recruiting performance, identify best practices, and control success across all talent acquisition tasks
- Develop new ideas to drive talent identification, sourcing, and methods of networking
- Lead employer branding initiatives in close cooperation with our Marketing team
- Ensure a high-level candidate journey by defining quality standards upon an efficient and service-oriented recruiting processes
- Improve and implement modern reporting and analytical capabilities across the entire recruitment process
- Ensure trusting and professional cooperation with our internal stakeholders as well as with our external service providers
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing any new processes and finetuning standard processes for recruiting that align with Simon-Kucher’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
- Write out clear recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings
About you:
- Looking to work in an environment where you can apply your progressive recruiting experience with a focus on candidate closing and engagement
- Excited to apply your experience in working cross-functionally across the recruiting process to communicate and partner with multiple stakeholders
- Interested in utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management
- Looking to apply your knowledge gained over your ideally 4 to 6 years of experience and background in recruiting or HR operations at a global firm
- Knowledgeable about trends in the recruiting industry (both experienced and junior talent hires) and experience in global campus recruiting
- Flexible, resilient, and passionate about continuous improvement (you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo) with a proactive mindset
- Eager to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and have fun in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- Confident in your ability to multitask and effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments
- Good at building networks and connections with stakeholders at all levels
- Eager to apply your strong project management skills and experience in designing and implementing efficient processes
- Ready to dive deep to fix complex operational challenges
- Knowledgeable about relevant modern, digital tools and trends in state-of-the-art talent acquisition
