Data Engineer

For our client we are looking for a Data Engineer with machine learning, data preparation & cleansing experience to work on a project. Assignment description: The goal is to extend and unify two versions of predictive insights engine into one consolidated data science product. The extensions are focused on three areas: improving competitor analysis, identifying new customers, and scaling the two versions. Key Responsibilities: • Consult on tech stack decision and scale the current locally developed product to AWS • Compare, optimize, test and unify existing Python code • Scale existing prototypes to production-ready code • Scrape websites and pdf files to gain insights about HCP’s and competitor products • Co-develop logics how to distribute aggregated sales • Investigate feedback on the predictive insights engine results across multiple data sources • Scale to a new indication Key Requirements: • Multiple years of professional code development in python and practical experience with the cloud service AWS • Knowledge of unit testing and tools to work collaboratively on data science projects are mandatory • Familiar with text processing, scaling existing prototypes and professionalize & optimize existing code If you’re interested in discussing this opportunity in further detail then please contact me at nisha.ahmed@phaidoninternational.com or on +44 20 3667 8361.
