As such, you are key in shaping our customer experience & support, and in the process you will re-set the bar for the entire industry (and make insurance loveable, or at least highly likeable). Your mission is to make customer experience & support your number one priority, going the extra mile to make customers happy. What you will do In your typical Insify day, you will deep-dive into helping our customers, advocate for them and work with our product, engineering and customer ops team to maintain a high level of customer experience and service. A day in the life Investigate and answer support questions about our product by chat (Zendesk) /mail and phone Give instructions to customers on the use of our platform/ understand out products Create content for our knowledge base Collaborate with Development to solve customer issues Gather and translate customer feature requests in order to improve the platform You are: You are a clear communicator, with a natural instinct to helping people You have a natural service and customer-oriented attitude You are proactive, flexible and have the ability to switch tasks quickly You lobe troubleshooting and finding solutions You are curious by nature and able to identify customers needs You are tech-savvy: interested in IT, design, new technologies or online platforms About you You are a curious, bold and driven Bachelor or Master student in Business / Statistics, Finance, Psychology (or related field) or you are a student looking for part-time work alongside your studies You are a people person, who is also analytically & determined to uncover root-causes for issues arising and creatively structure solutions You are skilled at explaining problems succinctly & clearly and can translate complex issues into simple language You are proactive and have a definite 'can do' attitude.
