More than900 employees worldwide work with enthusiasm on the project development, financing, construction,operational management and maintenance of wind and solar farms, battery, and hydrogen projects.Join our team in Wiesbaden, Germany, as aContract Manager (m/f/d) SolarResponsibilitiesPrepare requests for proposals (RFPs) and contracts for solar projects (EPC andseparate works packages)Develop, standardise, and maintain process and documentation for contractadministrationPrepare, align, and measure Bill of Quantities for quantifying payments in projectexecutionSupport Project Managers in RFP and evaluation processesSupport project management in site contract administrationManage and execute contractual claims and notifications related to project contractsFacilitate effective coordination of contract inputs from multiple departmentsQualificationsDegree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering Management or similarExperience in preparing request for proposals and contractsExperience in managing contracts during EPC constructionFIDIC coursework certificationCompetence in Excel, Word, and other tools for administrating contractsExcellent written and spoken English and German language skills; further language skillswill be an advantageProactive, methodical and team approach to workingAbility to travel to sites as and when requiredOur OfferWe offer interdisciplinary teamwork in a successful and dynamic company.
