To strengthen our Channel Sales Team in the DACH Region, we are looking for a motivated, creative and enthusiastic Channel Account Manager. Reporting to the Director Channel Sales, the Channel Account Manager will manage the relationship with Infor license reselling partners across the DACH region and drive them to further growth and successful business. Key Responsibilities Responsible to achieve joint sales targets with the set of partners Managing the strategic plans with each partner for substantial business expansion Support and lead negotiations installed base and potential new customers to signature Provides accurate forecasts and partner performance reviews to the internal channel management The Channel Manager is the Single Point for his partner landscape and the Infor representative for those Generating own growth strategies to be positioned and established within partner network Driving implementation of new partner programs and initiatives Ability to lead the partners sales, marketing and service organization into a successful co-operational model with Infor Achieve quarterly revenue objectives Key Requirements/Experience The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following essential skills, knowledge and attributes: Channel Sales experience at a software/cloud company is highly desired, however not obligatory Good understanding of Enterprise Software business Passion to drive partner business to success and to build / establish strategic growth plans with partners Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Accurate forecast and SWOT template abilities Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix management environment Previous success (track record) in channel role for an enterprise technology company Comfortable with Multi-National Software Companies internal processes Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills German native, fluent in English Preferred Qualifications: Previous channel role for an enterprise technology company.
