To further expand our team, we are looking for an Account Executive EMEA (m/f/d) Your Tasks: As an Account Executive, you are a real go-getter. You get leads from the sales team and make sure that potential customers become real customers and that these customers from almost 40 countries around the world have a professional and positive customer experience: Sales process ownership: You own the sales process and decide when to pull in additional support, like technical pre-sales Offers & proposals: You prepare offers and respond to RFIs and tenders Contract negotiation: You negotiate subscription and support contracts with large enterprise customers Up- and cross-selling: You identify and pursue opportunities to up- and cross-sell further services to existing customers Outbound Sales: You actively identify and contact leads and potential customers through various channels and turn them into customers Continuous improvement: As we grow, our capabilities need to grow as well. You constantly think about how we can make our sales processes better, suggest and implement improvements, and document best practices Your Profile: You have a strong “hunter” mentality You are self motivated, tenacious and do not get discouraged by hearing a “N0” You already have significant experience in a sales role, ideally in Enterprise Software You speak and write English perfectly (ideally native speaker), and ideally one other European language.
